We are thrilled to announce that DORIKA is in the process of planning a state-of-the-art bakery and flour mill in Goma. Goma has seen significant growth in recent years, and with it, a rising demand for fresh, high-quality food products. Our new bakery and flour mill will produce a range of breads and pastries tailored to local tastes and preferences. By processing locally sourced wheat and other grains into flour, we aim to offer products that are not only delicious but also support the local economy.
